Cave diver in his 60s dies despite hours-long rescue bid launched after he didn't return to surface
The pensioner was found 60 metres into the passages at Lancaster Hole in Cumbria. It is one of the most extensive cave networks in the UK, running below Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire.
