NHS pensions crisis fuels cancer surgery delays as doctors slash their hours
Pauline De Lane, 75, of Liverpool, had her hip surgery cancelled five times and faced an 11-month delay. The British Medical Association confirmed doctors were 'scaling back their hours'.
