Parkrun to 'ban' dog-owners from using waist harnesses in 'dangerous' move, ex-organiser claims

Kevin Ward, 46, has hit out at plans by the company to ban people who run with dogs from using waist harnesses, saying it is driven by complaints from competitors and does not make it safer.
